Details:
Preschool Aquatics is designed for all swimmers ages 3-5. The skill focus will be a wide range of skills from beginner to more advanced swimming skills in preparation for American Red Cross Levels 1 and 2. Students will learn how to enter and exit the water, submerge in rhythmic pattern, explore buoyancy in a front and back position, perform combined stroke on front and back, change body positions in water, and learn about choosing and using life jackets. Non-toilet trained children must wear a swim diaper.
NON TOILET TRAINED CHILDREN, MUST WEAR A DIAPER WITH TIGHT FITTING RUBBER PANTS OR A SPECIALLY DESIGNED BABY SUIT WITH ELASTIC WAIST AND LEG BANDS
Parents must remain on the pool deck for the duration of the class.
