Students entering this course must have a Level 5 certificate or must be able to successfully swim 1 lap of crawl stroke and 1 lap of backstroke. (1 lap = 50 yards) The objective of Rec Racers is to refine stroke skills to swim with more ease, efficiency, power and smoothness over greater distances. This class is for swimmers who are interested in entering swimming competition of who want to achieve a higher level of fitness.
